12-week pilot

Explore the calculations and rehearse the review steps. Changes stay in this page and reset when you leave. No real venue record, approval or booking is created.

Twelve weeks to measure practical value

The venue pilot is configured for 12 weeks. Actual start dates, owners and targets still require the venue’s agreed plan. The illustrative benefit review uses an October to December period and is separate from August accounting Actuals.

Before launchSource and access readinessOpening reconciliation, mappings, roles, missing data and recovery evidence
Weeks 1–2Establish the baselineOriginal quotes, current margins, review time and existing decision process
Weeks 3–4Weekly decision reviewOptions considered, approved action, customer outcome and cash follow-up
Weeks 5–8Check delivered resultsEvent Actual matching, comparable outcomes, Finance-approved attribution and issues
Weeks 9–11Review repeatabilityEvidence quality, repeat usage, remaining issues and opportunity to improve
Week 12Decide what to continueConfirmed benefit less costs, estimates kept separate, staff time and acceptance evidence

Review weekly cash and decisions throughout. Record review meetings, a named issue owner, resolution and measurement snapshots. A forecast improvement is an estimate until a comparable delivered result supports it. Declined losses and hours saved are shown separately from earned financial benefit.
